Fish Fry in Nassau - who does it best?

I've already read up on everything there is to know about Arawak Cay's Fish Fry on the Bahamas boards, but I'm interested in the opinions of the foodies over here...

Who makes the best Conch Fritters? Best Conch Salad? Any other must try recommendations?

my wife and I walked all over trying to decide where to eat, I would have to say they are all good.

We were there last month and had great conch critters, even better cracked conch and to die for halibut at Twin Brothers. Would go back in a heartbeat and recommend without hesitation.

Twin Brothers is great. If you want someplace a little more upscale try The Poop Deck. This is one of the places native Bahamians go Sunday after church.

Twin Brothers got our vote also. But I feel they are all worthwhile. However, there was a small kiosk in front of the restaurant or on or two doors away where a man made fresh conch ceviche. Can't miss it. Delish and fresh with limes and oranges.
