Ruins tours from Progresso?

My wife and I will be in Progresso as part of our cruise on the Triumph in Feb. Through all our cruises down there we have never done ruins, since beach drinking and shopping usually win out. I read elsewhere on here that ruins out of Cozumel is a lot of travel time for not much ruins time. Any thoughts on ruins tours through Carnival or other reputable vendors?
