Althought i dont no all the menus by heart i can give you the most popular and my favs lol Keep in mind these are just a few items on the list... I am a Restaurant Hostess On the POA...

 

these are the specialty restaurants.. From my memory

 

Jefferson's Bistro $20 cover

Escargot, Onion soup, Mushroom soup,<<< APPS

Rack of Lamb, Filet Migon, Swordfish for an extra $10 pp you can have a lobster tail<<< Entrees

Creme Brulee (AMAZING), Chocolate Napoleon, <<< Desserts

 

Lazy J Steak House $25

Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail, Oyster Rockafella, Crab Cakes, New England Clam Chowder, Lobster Bisque, Cesar salad<<< Apps

Different cuts of steak, Ribeye, filet, tbone, Lamb chops, for an extra $10 you can have King Crab legs, Broiled Lobster tail <<< entrees

Rasberry Creme Brulee, Warm mac nut brownie<<<< Desserts

 

Little Italy $10

Family Style

Pizza's, Pasta, and more simple menu...

Tiramisu for dessert

Doesnt grab my attention but its a great place to try

 

East Meets West broken into 4 menus

Sushi Bar<<< Sushi

Shabu Shabu<<< Hot pots bigs pots we give you a broth in a pot and raw ingreds to stir in, Veggies and Thinly sliced meats

Teppanyaki<<< Chefs cooks on the habachi grill, garlic fried rice, chicken, steak, scallops, shrimp,

Asian Fusion-

BBQ ribs (AMAZING) Crab wontons, Spring rolls<<< Apps

Stir fried beef, Lemon Pepper shrimp<< Entrees

Warm Banana Pancake Mac nut ice cream, Mochi Ice cream<< Dessert

 

Again these are a few item off the top of my head... (im currently on vacation for 5 weeks)

 

Now Main Dining Skyline/Liberty change up every evening... i can name a dish off each nights menu though

 

Saturday- Island Jerk Chicken/ Rice/ Plaintains

Sunday- Carved Roast Turkey/ Mash Potatoes

Monday- Spaghetti Carbonara

Tuesday- Prime Rib

Wednesday- Lobster night. 3 oz tail served with either grouper or snapper (chefs choice)

Thursday- Mustard Crusted Rack Of Lamb

Friday- Chicken Penne Pasta Alfedo....
