galapagos flight San Cristobal to Guayaquil

I will be on a Galapagos cruise with Silverseas that ends in San Cristobal and then a flight to Guayaquil. I am told the plane arrives around 3:00 P.M, but they won't be exact. There is only one direct flight from Guayaquil to Lima and it leaves at 6:27 P.M. on Avianca. I would love for someone to tell me whether there is enough time or how much time I would need to get my luggage off the first plane and still recheck it and make that flight?

That should be plenty of time. The Guayaquil airport is not that big. And it is new and efficient. My luggage was off the flight almost immediately.
