Has anyone stayed at the JW Marriott Marquis Miami?
If so is it nice? And what is the normal rate? I just got it for $105 a night plus tax for a Sat night in Oct...

Well I say you got a hell of a deal! The lowest I found for that place is $181 AND up to $399!
Anyway, I have book the Element Miami Int. Airport. They have a cruise package includes their standard airport and area shuttle, hot breakfast and port shuttle for $119 + taxes. The Marriott does not provide shuttles. Give that some thought

I haven't stayed at this particular proper but have visited their twice.
It is relatively new, a very nice location about 10 minutes from the port via car/taxi, used by tourist, groups such as cruise lines for pre and post cruises and by business travelers. It is always included on my list of recommended hotels for this area. Keith

Stayed here last April prior to a cruise. The hotel was great. You got an excellent price!
