Is it better to bring my own tea bags in a Ziploc bag for making tea, or does the Dream provide fairly decent tea bags at the beverage stations on board?

A generous assortment of Twinings including herbal is readily available. If they are out of what you would like, ask an attendant and they will quickly refill it for you.
