not a no gainer but I am still happy
I just got back from my vacation
I pretty much ate& drank what I wanted to for 11 days on a cruise I thought for sure I would have gained 10 pounds
but It was only 5 [img]http://messages.cruisecritic.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_cool.gif[/img] yipee
I had lost an extra 5 before I left just for this reason so I am right on track
now once i get back on my exercise regimine and start drinking my water I figure I should be fine
I will let you know next week

That's great. I'm doing the same thing. Losing the weight before I get on the ship. This way the gain won't be too much to bear. Hope you had a great time.

I gained one pound over the weekend, but find I've lost it again this morning. My body seems to really like the plateau I've found. I'm trying a little change in eating habits. Breakfast within one hour of rising and no eating after 7:30 p.m. Let's see how my body likes that! no gainer weekend!!yippee!!! i have deicided that i am going to eat what i want on easter day...will try to keep carbs to a minimum, but am going to have one piece of real chocolate along with regular breakfast and dinner. daytime snacks and dessert will be low/no carb. if i gain(which i am sure i will) life goes on....this is something i have to control the rest of my life, and i don't plan to miss every holiday meal, so starting tomarrow i will go on strict induction, sunday i will eat without guilt and monday i will go back on strict induction for 3 days then back to my modified induction.
