Will I have time for Western Heritage or Lucayan kayak excursion?

We will be in Freeport from 9am to 5pm and I am looking at excursions. There are 3 tours offered through Grand Bahama Nature Tours that look great and would be perfect for our family-Western Heritage Tour, Peterson Cay Kayak tour, or Lucayan Natl park kayak tour. They are also offered through Carnival, but it is so early (our cruise is not until June 2013) that only a few excursions are showing up as available for my cruise.

Has anyone done any of these tours and remember what time the tours started? I'm afraid that we will arrive too late for any of them:(
