When will spring of 2019 cruises be available to book?

I want to cruise to the Baltics during the spring of 2019. The cruise I want to do I see for the spring of 2018 but we can't do it next year. So when will the cruises be published for spring of 2019? What is the chance of the same ship and same itinerary being repeated in 2019 as 2018? Any ideas when they will come out?

I also wish HAL would spend three days in St. Petersburg like some of the other cruise lines are doing. Ex. RCCL, Azamera.

Prinsendam's spring 2019 schedule is up and there is a Baltic cruise available. (I've been browsing ;) )

I found two different cruise lines have 3 days in St Petersburg. RCCL & Azamara (it is in 2018) so I have my fingers crossed that both lines will repeat it for 2019. Weighing cruising on HAL or 3 days in St. Petersburg....... 3 days I fear will win.

We booked our cruise for spring 2019, but it's for the Pacific.
