The food we had in Belize was great. We did the Coral Breeze snorkel trip that included lunch at the Rainbow Grill & Bar on Caye Caulker. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed it. We also had no problem with any food while in Mexico. I hope this helps!

We have been in Belize twice and eaten right at the cruise terminal. There is an upstairs restaurant called The Wet Lizard where we had lunch both times. The food was very good! :D
