Mt Gay Tour

We will be in Barbados and hoping to take a tour of the Mt Gay Rum factory. Any suggestions on tours that go there?

This is something I haven't done although as my hubby's fav tipple we would love to go - not open on Sundays when we are in Barbados !!!!

Check out their website - think it has got some info. I don't think it is too far away from the cruise terminal so we were going to walk there. There will be plenty of taxis if walking isn't your thing.

Went to Barbados 3/10/17

I booked a tour with Emmanuel Tours. The tour on their website was: Harrison's Cave and Mount Gay Run Factory. The tour included a nice barbeque lunch and all entrance fees. I paid a $30 deposit by phone. I didn't book as a private tour, but we were the only four people on the tour. The Van was clean. The driver was polite and knowledgeable. We were never rushed. The food was great. We got back to the ship in plenty of time.

The tour was awesome. By far the best time we had.

Mount Gay Run Factory was awesome- They let you taste about 8-10 rums. We were a very happy group!

Take a cab. The distillery is right down the road.
