Port of Baltimore Expansion?

I remember hearing talk of Norwegian putting Gem in Baltimore when Breakaway was built, so I heard talk about another terminal being built, but in a short time, they announced that Gem would stay in NYC, and that Pride was pulling out, so the rumor stopped spreading.

Any news on this? Haven't cruised from home since 2012 due to destination reasons but I would love to go again soon.

No new terminal is plannned as it will be once again Royal and starting the end of March with Carinval's return.

Baltimore handled a third line when Celebrity was there a couple of years ago. On problem is that not all ships fit under the Key Bridge.
