Remember Oasis also had premium prices its first year of service. With the US having an unsustainable national debt, all large companies are distributing their business globally. RCL is no exception and they can't ignore the Asian market since that's where the growth is at the moment.

 

I agree with this, but my problem is why are they sending the new ships overseas? I mean we (Americans) were the ones who put them on the map, why not send the older/refurbished ships to Asia and stay loyal to those who got you where you are by putting the new ships in the US. No excuse for this, period. A slap in the face. That's like the NFL & Nike launching a new, special line of jersey's, but only selling them overseas. Makes no sense!

Absolutely beautiful. Maybe in 5 years or so when the prices come down :) I still have yet to experience an Oasis ship.

 

Yeah but unless things change inf 5 years or so it will still be off in the land of rice & communism. :rolleyes:
