Sihanoukville to Phnom Penh

Does anyone have a recommendation for a driver (or tour company)? We are actually going one way and being dropped off at the airport, hopefully after a short stop at the Palace.

Right now we have 2 offers, one through ANA through google search (has anyone heard of them?) who will, it sounds like, send a taxi to pick us up outside the port (no upfront payment required) and are reasonable for a mini-van for 4 persons.

The other offer was from a company recommended by Thi at Smile Tours Vietnam but way too expensive (maybe $200.00) because they are pricing per person and including the "palace Tour" (we just want a stop on our own).

Yes, I know taxis are reported to be there waiting but we have a couple of issues, including dock time scheduled for 6:00am on a Sunday, need a mini-van that will accommodate 4 persons, and third some in the group are seniors and we have no idea how long the walk is to get outside the port if we have a driver who can not come into the port.

So, looking to see who has been here and has a recommendation?

Also, any information on getting out of the port and distances would be helpful.

This was a tender port for our big ship (Diamond Princess) local organisation was not that good and it took much longer to get off than we had anticipated (not the ships fault). Also be aware that the port authority wanted a substantial amount of money from our tour organiser just to let the buses onto the wharf $20USDpp!

They charge $20.00pp port fee in Vietnam to bring a tour operator vehicle into the port, but we know that in advance and the fee is added to our tour operator's price in Vietnam. They also needed our passport info in advance but the tour guide is taking the risk since we do not pay until we get picked up. We are happy to have the service.
