Mobility at sea

Hi, Has anyone hired a wheelchair from the mobility at sea company and if so would you recommend using them? I am interested in the cost and the customer service aspect particularly, thanks in advance

Easy to do,in the cabin when you get there....leave it when you depart...

Wheelchairs on cruise ships are a real pain. It is harder to maneuver on carpet. Every so often there are dividers in the hallways and chairs cannot go over them without a push. And lastly, the rental ones are way to wide for all but the most hefty passengers. It is much better to rent an electric scooter.

I've used them several times. Customer service is excellent and prices are very reasonable.

I wouldn't even consider a wheelchair to be honest. Go for a scooter, much easier in my experience.
