Water Shoes at Dunns

I am having a hard time finding the aqua socks this time of year. Should have purchased them at Walmart or Target this summer. Does anyone know how much they cost at Dunns River? Thanks.

I know you can rent them there and maybe buy them. It's been a while (about a year) since we've been there.

Yep....$5 a pair...get them before you go down the hill to the beach before you start to climb the falls....you will need them...I was going to go in my sandles....boy was I glad the guide said not to...

How about Crocs with straps? Will they work, or are they too slick? Will they stay on?

I bought several new pairs on Ebay...paid very little.

They are $5.00 to rent but check to make sure they are in good shape before starting to climb the falls. Mine were damaged and caused some discomfort.

I had bought my own before leaving on our cruise and then decided not to take them. It was not worth saving the $5 to me and having to carry around wet shoes the rest of the day.

Wal mart still has some. I just got a pair last week & they were cheap too. Had to ask the sales clerk if they had any still and sure enuf they were in the shoe area on the bottom shelf almost hidden.:D
