Thank you for posting this and please please post it on the Regent site as well. I think the real issue for Regent fans is that while unexpected things happen and are out of control of the cruiseline.....Regent failed to live up to the expectations of loyal followers in handling the "public relations" side of this mess with the people who have had their dreams and cruises dashed!!
When they knew that had a problem that could only be solved by cancelling they should have immediately let people know there was an issue....Instead they continued collecting final payments and misleading their customers....
I am concerned as I don't believe that even now they "GET IT"....
