Dry Dock for Grandeur in 2017

Does anyone know if Grandeur of the Seas is scheduled for dry dock this Spring? If so, does anyone know what they are refreshing?

We are on the Grandeur right now. They told us it will go into dry dock in the Bahamas around the 25th of April until the middle of May. They will be updating some of the mechanical stuff, putting in faster wifi, replacing carpeting and other cosmetic items.

That's a hefty diff in asking price between Grandeur and Rhapsody. Hmmm.......

I dont think that is true since her sailing dates are up to 2018 we just got off this past Monday and that is what we were told

Well they can still sell the ship and continue sailing. Selling a ship can take a few years.

Up for sale and actually selling are two different things. RCI ships have been on sale in ads over the years without actually being sold for a while.

hope to sticks around and they keep it up to date and so forth. Going on Dec. 9th and would htae to be aboard a ship b that's cutting all the corners.

We've notice on our last two cruises they have reduce on board help significantly. We could tell in the dining room and Windjammer buffet areas the most.
