No gambling on the ship - Mississippi Queen - I just was on last week. Very relaxing, slow paced vacation. Wonderful ports, great entertainment, superb food and service.
If you need a slower vacation - check this out. Older crowd - lots of fun
They do run two for one offers on some cruises. Check the website. We have done the American Queen from Pittsburgh to Memphis and enjoyed it a great deal. We found the food to be very good, especially at supper. It is a different kind of vacation - slow and very relaxing (bring some good books). The crowd does tend to be older (we went in late July and there were only about 4 children on board). I would do it again.
