Belview Port, Waterford Ireland

I am looking for transportation information when a ship docks at the Belview Port/berth for Waterford. We are on the Pacific Princess.

Was a shuttle provided into the town? Where does it stop? Could you walk from the terminal into town?

We are actually planning on renting bikes for the afternoon and biking the newly completed Greenway from Waterford to Dungarvan. I am trying to figure out if we can get to the bike shop location on our own, of if we should get the cruise ship package they offer.
