Are You Accessing Boards on Computers?

I have had this problem before...ended up posting in the troubleshooting board here on CC about problems. They couldn't help....

I deleted cookies...no change....:eek:

I changed browsers (tried many different ones...) no change.:eek:

 

Finally...we figured out it was a change in Kaspersky.

Don't know if that (or similar) could be your problem...just share my experience.

Needless to say, we're no longer using Kaspersky.... ;p

Clear your history and your cookies. After doing that close your browser and restart the computer. That will fix 90% of issues such as you are describing.

 

Yes. Try deleting your browsing history and the cookies.

 

I'm using CC on my laptop with Firefox browser and Windows 10. It works fine. No problems accessing the CC message boards. - EBC

No problem for me to access Cruise Critic using any one of my PC's or laptops - all Microsoft O/S, Windows 7 or 10, Microsoft Internet Explorer, MS Edge, or Chrome. We've used McAfee and Norton security.

 

We did once years ago have a problem with our Internet Security identifying Cruise Critic as a suspect non-trusted site and blocking it with a clear message to me, but that has since been resolved.

Thanks everyone. I deleted history and cookies. Now working laptop with Windows 10 on IE, It still is not working on Chrome. I just get a plain white page. This is fine, I'll just use IE when I want to come here.

 

I appreciate all of your help.

I'm having this problem with Chrome on my android tablet. Cleared cookies, history, everything. Closed browser, turned off device, restarted it all, and I still get a white screen accessing the boards. :(

 

 

Maybe you need to update the version of Chrome that you're using?

I can only access this and other Boards on my iPhone not on my computer. Is anyone else having that problem or can anyone give me a solution? I'm not sure how I can report it to Cruise Critic.

Nope. Working perfectly. Using Kapersky anti-virus protection.

All CC boards accessible..

What browser are you using?

Have you updated?

It gets updated whenever there is one available. However, after not using it for a few days, it's working again. :confused:

Same here.

For the past couple of weeks, wasn't able to access the boards using Chrome (even after clearing the cookies & cache). Firefox was ok.

Then starting a few days ago, using Chrome is now ok.
