recommendation for a restaurant for lunch

I will require a restaurant with a/c. I would also like to try local Columbian dishes. I am spoiled with my dining and would really like something very good. I have looked at Carmen Cartagena and leaning towards Marea de Rausch.

 

Can any one give me reviews of these or another suggestion please?
