HL needs to upgrade their advertising. I have read about this credit on CC however there is no talk of it on their web site. My TA called to tell me there is a 2 for 1 offer on the December trip I am on. Their site says there is a special offer for this trip but it doesn't reflect it in the pricing or talk about it. I really think we will have a great trip but this is really a hard line to deal with. I will let you know if it's worth it.

For some reason this website is not allowing me to post a link, but the announcement of the Beverage Credit is on Hapag-Lloyd's website.

It is dated 28 July 2014, and is under 'Press Releases'.

I have received both e-mails, and a letter in perfect English- the latter even quoted Thomas Carlyle.

If not already done, why not send an e-mail requesting that future correspondence be in English.

The e-mail address is:

Kundendialog@hlkf.de

The automated acknowledgement of receipt of an e-mail will be in German.

HL is running a 2 for 1 on the December 6 trip for cat 1 to 4 cabins

Sent from my XT1032 using Forums mobile app

Is that offer just for the US market?

Hapag-Lloyd's website does not show such an offer.

According to their website, the special offer is still no single supplement for category 1-2 staterooms.

I do not know and I have not seen it on their site as I have tried to find it however my TA called me about it and I took advantage of it so it is real. Guess you have to call. That is why I say their PR is a little off.
