Breakaway, end-of-cruise NYC excursion

We were disappointed to find out that Frontier is about the only airline that doesn't have a luggage service between the ship and the airport. We won't be flying home until 4 pm and thought we could get rid of our luggage and then spend time in Central Park before getting a taxi to the airport.

So now it seems our only options are to wait a long time at the airport or take the excursion offered by NCL.

Can anyone comment on this bus tour? What did you see, what did you drive by and where did you actually make stops? We have 2 full days in NYC before the cruise and so maybe we can skip seeing some stuff then if we know we'll be seeing it later.

You can leave your luggage there and tour the city then pick it up and head to airport/
