Have travelled with Martin several times in last few years and agree that he is one of hte best chefs. Also a very nice man, and interested in passengers' perspectives. He makes sure a really good schitzel is cooked and his demonstrations are always interesting and different. If I have a complaint, it is that he has a strong preference or use of truffle oil, and you find in several dishes every evening

We're very pleased to hear Chef Katzing's rave reviews. As this is our first Seabourn cruise, we feel very fortunate to have him as Executive Chef.

 

Funny that Schnitzel was mentioned, on our last Silver Sea cruise, our in suite "special request dinner" was Schnitzel.
