Veranda Cabin Deck 9 or 5

Looking at a deck 5 cabin that closer to the front of the ship or deck 9 that's more mid ship but higher up.

I know the view will be better from deck 9.

Does anyone have experience on how much ship movement will be felt between the cabins? I know that further forward you'll feel more movement, and typically the higher up as well.

I would definitely go for Deck 9. It's so much more private up there, almost like your own little ship. Plus I find the spray can be bothersome on the Deck 5 verandahs. However, if you are prone to motion sickness Deck 5 is a better bet.

It also depends on the itinerary. Open sea or Europe or the Med? As stated above, if you tend to be queasy, low and center.
