Nice - Museum Pass, Get Together

We'll be in Nice November 5 to 7. We'd like to go to at least three museums: Chagall, Matisse, and Beaux-Arts. Is there some type of City Pass or museum pass that will give us reduced price admission?

If there are any CC members living in NIce or staying there while we're there, we'd love to get together. If you're interested, put a posting here, then we can find a way to communicate via email. Thanks. :D

We went to the Chagall and Matisse museums while on a Med cruise last October on the Oosterdam.

The ship anchored off Monaco and we took the train into Nice. We bought a bus pass and, following the directions in Rick Steves' guidebook on France, visited both museums.

A short walk from the Matisse Museum is the cemetery where the artist and his wife are buried. Chagall is buried in St. Paul de Vence, where we visited on a land trip a few years earlier.

I'm not aware of a museum pass. There was a tourist info office near the train station in Nice that could be helpful.

Good luck!
