Except they don't. They call the rest things like "economy".

Off the top of my head, I can't think of anywhere that refers to groups of customers as 2nd class.

isnt there 2nd class mail?

There is nothing worse than having to leave the haven and mix with the 2nd class passengers they really should be kept below decks

It did seem odd, instead of their using something like "First Class" and then something more like "Standard Service".
