recommendations for crosse lines.

We've sailed multiple times on RCCL. We actually just got back home yesterday from what was supposed to be a warm destination that turned into canada. I get weather issues but it seems that the last two experiences we have had with RCCL have been subparTo what we are accustomed to when it comes to service with this cruiseline. I am not sure if it is because of the release of their 2 new ships or what. But something is not the same. I know of two other couples that sailed different class ships to different destinations and had similar experiences.

So now, i am looking for other cruiseline recs. We travel with kids ages 1 to 7. Would love Disney but honestly can't touch their prices. So carnival, norweigian etc? Recs greatly appriciated
