Princess Drink Recipes

Summer is almost here and I thought maybe if I could drink a Chocolate Banana or a BBC on our boat I'd feel like maybe I was on a Princess Cruise. Sad, I know, but with no new cruise in the works I'm getting desperate. Anyone have the drink recipes they're willing to share? Thanks :D

A few years ago after our first Princess cruise I emailed Princess and requested the recipe for a Rum Runner and they responded with the recipe. But, I never printed it out and my computer crashed sometime after they sent it.

Raspberry Martini

1 part raspberry vodka

1 part chambord

1 part raspberry puree

Squeeze 2 lemon wedges and 1 TBL sugar

I was told this is the recipe for a Chocolate Banana:

ice -1-2-3 - banana

A few inches of ice in blender then:

1 part Kahlua

2 parts chocolate syrup

3 parts cream

add 1 banana and blend

That chocolate banana sounds wonderful. I was going to make one but I thought no I will just wait until the cruise. YUM:)

actually, when you see them make it....there is certainly more than 3 parts cream (and the cream is 35% creme....the kind you use for whipped cream)

plus.....coat the inside of the glass with the choc syrup before you pour in the mixture.

I emailed Princess for the Spicy Shrimp Sauce Recipe and never heard back. I don't remember the correct name for it, I had it last year on the Diamond during the Mexico Riviera cruise. I'd like to get the recipe for the Berried Treasure drink too.

Whipping cream contains 30 to 36 percent milk fat and sometimes stabilizers and emulsifiers.

I AGREE ~ the chocolate banana is great! I thought it had ice cream in it, though. It tastes like a milkshake and those calories just evaporate :)
