Transportation questions--Montego Bay

Hi all! I see lots of info for private drivers and other transportation for Ocho Rios, but can't find any recommendations for Montego Bay. Our ship (Carnival Dream) will be there Christmas Eve. We'd like to play on the beach at Doctor's Cave then go to The Pork Pit then back to the port.

We'll have little ones with us so what is the easiest way to get from place to place? Can you recommend companies (or should we look for a cab?) and give me an idea of the cost? Thanks!!

From the MoBay pier you can purchase tickets for a hop-on-hop off shuttle that runs from the Pier to the Hip Strip area (where Drs. Cave Beach, M'ville and Pork Pit are all located). I'm not sure about the logistics of where they drop/pick on the Hip Strip end of it, but maybe someone can else can help.

You can also easily take a cab if you want. There will be cabs at the pier, and also running up and down the strip when you are ready to head back to the ship. If not, have someone at M'ville call one for you. Super easy. The ride to/from ship is not long, just through town.
