Clear pictures of the cruise ship

I am creating a photo book from a website with my personal pics of my recent Disney cruise and would like to add other pics(not my own) of the ship and the activities it offers as well. I have found that the images I download from the web aren't clear. Copyright and all... Is there a site where I can get the images to be sharp enough to be added to my book?

I do not think there are any websites that offer copyright free images of ships that you would not have to pay a fee for.

If this project is just a scrapbooking activity for you without financial gain, I would have no problem downloading them from Google.

All you have to do is:

  1. Select Images

  • Then select Search tools on the right

  • Select Size

  • And you can select Large, Medium, Larger than and that has 1 megapixel (1600x1200) and 2 megapixel (2272x1704) options.

  • Or even exact pixel count ratio.

  • You will then see photo's in the resolution you want as a image (not full resolution.)

  • Then click on view image, NOT visit page.

  • Now you will see the photo in full resolution.

  • Right click on the image, and Save As

The one thing you haven't told anyone is which ship?!

Here is a image I just found on the web of the Dream, and is NOT mine, that meets the 4 MP resolution, and as you can see it is very detailed and high resolution.

Thanks for the picture. I'm looking for more images of the interior as well.

You can Google search for them as well.

Like this one. I searched for Disney Dream atrium.

Or Disney Dream Enchanted Garden.

Or Cabanas.

Just Google where on the ship!

I've seen many pics too from Google and they ARE sharp. The problem is when I upload them to let's just say Shutterfly they say resolution is too low and the pic is blurry.

That indicates you are doing something wrong when saving the image.

It sounds like you are saving a thumbnail image rather than the full image.

See post #3 and follow those steps.

They are usually around 1.2-1.5 MB when downloaded.

How big are your images?
