NCL North & South Sauvignon Blanc

i see that NCL has this new wine on their menu. Anyone tried it? If so, what other wine would you compare it to?

Its like a basic house wine. Nothing special but nothing awful either. The price point is not bad.

This post really makes no sense. North? South? Where?

High quality Sauvignon Blanc comes from the Marlborough region on the South Island of New Zealand. There are vineyards that make a very good quality of this type of wine on the North Island as well.

More information is needed to make a judgement.

North & South is the name of NCL's signature wine. It is the label not indicative of sourcing nor type.

I wonder how it is?? I have a long time to wait before I can try it :(

I tried the North and South Merlot and I thought it was pretty good. Maybe next time I should try the Sauvignon Blanc.

As far as I am concerned, if one enjoys Sauvignon Blanc, there is nothing that can compare with New Zealand's wines. Framingham, Villa Maria, etc., so many are so good.

The Pinot Noir's of New Zealand are also worth some notice.
