BTW Celebration is now £2,830 for 2 weeks deck 1/2 outside beginning the 22nd Feb :) Should I book or should I wait?

Really? :) We have never been from Birmingham. We have bus every hour from Oxford to Gatwick, so we always go there. I believe the car parking is quite expensive at Birmingham, but I may be wrong ;);)

My honest opinion would be it will get cheaper.

Especially with two SHIPS;) in the Caribbean.

You can shot me if it doesn't.

I've just booked a different Thoms cruise for April, and the price was £215 each cheaper to fly from Birmingham rather than Manchester. So I saved £430 in total. Ok it's slightly further for me to drive, but for over a £400 saving I'm quite happy! Also I've booked 14 days of parking at Birmingham airport for approx £35, so really cheap if you use the early bird deal, and search for the 15% discount for the NCP car park.

I'm not sure why Birmingham seems to come out so much cheaper though!

I agree with you; I think there are going to be some good deals around this year with 2 ships over there - as long as you are avoiding school holiday dates......

Yes, should have remembered you wouldn't have chosen the Dream. ;). It still means that there will not be 2 full Thomson ships in Caribbean for UK passengers, though.

I remember Roy Dearman saying that you can put a boat on a ship but not the other way round. That's how to tell.

If I win the lottery (big win) I dream of doing the whole of a world cruise. I don't want to leave the cat that long, so often joke about she would have to come too. Perhaps she could stop any the rodents climbing up the ropes and earn her passage.
