Need help with planning excursion

We will be here in just two weeks and trying to plan, family of five, three kids 12,13 and 15. They want to snorkel so was planning on that in St. Thomas, would consider here as well. Any beach suggestions? Are there any that have water toys? We went to Mr. Sanchos in Cozumel last January and they loved that so was trying to find a similiar type place. Thanks :)
