Casa de Campo Minitas beach

My family of 8 will be in La romana port in a couple of weeks. I was thinking of renting a minivan and exploring Casa de Campo and Altos de Chavon on our own. Does anyone know if we have to pay $25 pp to venture thru Casa de Campo? Anyone with suggestions on where to rent minivan?I also wanted to go to Minitas Beach inside Casa de Campo.

 

Any info would be appreciated...thx!
