I am so glad you are not going off the side of the ship. LOL.

You do know that if you prop your door open the A/C will turn off and your room turns into a sweat bath from the humidity. Right?

If you are wanting to prop it open for say sitting on the balcony waiting for room service you can use the room stewards wedge. One less thing to pack.

IF you are insisting one using a bungee a 12 inch one should stretch enough.

We thought the room's door wedge worked great! I'd recommend it over the bungee cord.

On the Conquest we did not have to use a bungee cord or a door stop. Our balcony door was able to stay opened when we pushed it all the way open. Also, the AC did not go off when the door was opened.

When you prop your door open it also affects the AC in other cabins that are in the same "block" as yours.

Hmmm. Bungee jumping off of the cove balcony could be fun, until you get caught by security and have to relinquish your bungee cord.:eek::D
