The only two world cruises that I know of that do not start in January are on Hapag-Lloyd (German) and Princess out of Australia.

On the world cruise I did the weather in February in the South Pacific was hot and humid with mostly sunny days. We arrived in Asia during the middle of March. The four ports in Japan, one in South Korea, and two in China were cool but dry. You needed a light jacket. From Hong Kong on (to Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, India, UAE, and Jordan) it was hot and dry.
