Cruise Day Tour with 3 yr old, Help needed

We are arriving in Roseau, Dominica for one day on Royal Caribbean in December. There are tours from bumpiing, Sheppee, Nature Isle, Exodus, etc. Can someone please tell me what options are good for families. I know some of these tours can be very adventurous with slippery and rocky areas. Any suggestions would be great and helpful for group/private tours.
