Adelphi Executive Hire. We always use them when travelling London to ports... reliable and have also come to our rescue at short notice when a ship didn't sail. They do require a non-refundable deposit because of people who book and then don't appear at the pickup point, but don't phone to cancel.

I've seen them recommended quite often on this forum.

They're based near Dover, & like other provincial operators tend to be better value than London or airport-based operators.

We took a cab to the coach station and had a lovely ride on the bus chatting with the driver. We spent the night at a B&B 1 block from the bus stop and had a nice tour of Dover. There is a lot to see in Dover.
