I wanted to post about a very positive experience I had with AutoProgresso tours.

I had emailed them 3 times (but in only 2 days as we are leaving for the cruise in two weeks), but didn't get a reply.

Well last evening I got an email from Guadalupe of Autoprogreso tours, but from her personal email address. Seems she was indeed responding to my request for information, but my email was blocking them (they were not in Spam...just being blocked).

She said she thought it best to try to contact me a different way and it worked.

I was really impressed that she took this extra step to make sure I was hearing from them.

 

We have booked the combo tour in April and can't wait. I emailed her back with our go ahead and she has responded with all the details I could possibly need.

 

Just wanted to let anyone who might be trying to get hold of them that a blocked email might be the reason. Lydia of Ohio

PS she even sends you a photo of her and tells you what she will be wearing so you can find her for your tour! Great customer service for sure.
