Cabins above the main theatre at the bow of the ship

Does anyone know if the cabins directly above the main theatre at the bow of the ship is noisy during the performance or when the cast is rehearsing? A number of times we have seen what looked to be an excellent price on this type of cabin and was wondering if the reason being is that they were quite noisy.:)
