Default Parking at Port Canaveral

I know there are lots of cheaper options than parking right at the port, just looking for opinions, pros and cons of parking close to the Carnival Dream in March for ($120 7 day cruise)
Thanks

DW and I used the Radisson Resort at the Port Parking ($6/day?) a year ago this month after spending a night there. It worked out fine. When you sign up they ask which shuttle you want to take (they run every 30 minutes I think), and sign you up for your choice time unless a given shuttle has "sold out."

The shuttle itself is an airport-style shuttle bus, sometimes with a trailer for excess baggage.

The process does take a bit of time, so I would not recommend it if you're not planning to get there several hours before the time you'd need to be on the ship, but we got in the day before and it worked out well for us.

Default Parking at Port Canaveral

We cruised out of PC last year and used Park N Cruise. We first drove into port, dropped off our bags and went back to park. I think it was $7/day and very easy as well as close. We have already made reservations for our next cruise. Highly recommend

This is an interesting topic. Would you believe that the last two times I was at Port Canaveral, I didn't have to pay for parking. They simply just let everyone park and go on their way. I am curious if anyone else has ever had this experience, too. I sail out of there in 11 days so I am hoping for some luck again.

I've used "Park-n-Cruise" twice, and had good experience both times. It was a bit more crowded last time, (guess word is getting around!) but the service was still EXCELLENT! I think it's $6.95 a day, and they have started charging for the extra day too, just like the port parking does. (7 day cruises, is charged for 8 days because you're parked there both the day of embarkation and the day of debarkation.) No way around that I guess. I've heard that if you're Military, either active, retired, or just served honorably, you get an additional 10% discount, if you just show proof, and advise them before you pay, but I haven't done that yet, so I can't confirm. In any case, I'd recommend "Park-n-Cruise" at Port Canaveral.

We used Cruise Parking of Port Canaveral last Oct. and had no problems. The website is now showing $3.99 a day.

Several years ago parking was included with all rooms. However that has changed and parking is NOT free unless you book the park/cruise rate.

You can still booked other rates but you will pay extra on top of that for parking, so when comparing make sure it will save you money.
