Continental breakfast at 6 am?

Like to be up early to watch sail in/sunset. I seem to recall we could only get coffee until 7am on our cruise on Windsurf last year, but I noticed in the brochure it says 6am start time for continental breakfast. Can anyone confirm the correct start time on that?

I'm pretty sure that there is something light set up before 7 - but in any case you can always order room service. It needs to be delivered to the cabin, but there's nothing to prevent you from taking it on deck.

I actually just grab coffee early and wait for the full breakfast to eat.
