Has anyone gone with Nature Isles Explorers lately?

I booked a tour back in July for February 2017. I immediately received a Pay Pal Receipt for the deposit, and have e-mailed NIE three times since then, to two different e-mails at the same time, and have heard nothing back from them. Is this normal? Should I be worried?

Their communication can be sporadic because it's September. We just hired them the last week of August during our 10-day trip on Dominica, and had no issues whatsoever. When we were in the planning stages, communication was quick and easy, but as we got closer to our trip, it was tough to receive responses from them.

What I learned is that Donaldson (owner) is out of the country at the moment, and they're only open part time right now. Their slow season is August-September. In fact, on our tour it was only my husband and I! There was literally no one else booked! It was great for us because we got all of the sights to ourselves, but it was a little unnerving trying to confirm everything and receiving no responses right before we departed.

You have nothing to worry about! They'll respond when they're back in full swing, probably October.

I just book with them for a tour in November 2016 and got an answer right away.

I would just keep emailing them.
