Scooter (moped) rental on Grand Turk

I have seen some threads were people are mentioning renting scooters (or mopeds) on Grand Turk.

My question is will they allow two people on one scooter (moped) or would you have to rent two of them instead? They technically look to be able to seat two people but not sure if the people renting them have a rule against it or not.

I rented scooters with Tony's car rental in November and I was the passenger along with 2 other couples on one scooter.

No problem at all.

Was Tony located right at the cruise center? Does anyone know if Nathan still rents just outside the cruise center gates?
