Royal Caribbean meet and mingle

Hi can anyone share experience on the meet and mingle ritual on RC. I am going with with older child's and partners and grandchildren and it would be nice to meet up with other similar solo type cruisers. We travel in June this year.

There is a community board near the coffee shop (from memory) that advertisers special groups/meetings. Anyone can start up the group or request like minded people to meet. Start your own if you want. It will be fun anyway.

You can also find your cruises "Roll Call" board and try and organize something there. That will consist of most of the members of this site that are going to be on your cruise.

RC have a meet and mingle you can sign up for via CC. they are just a get together with a few prizes and gifts and some drinks/ nibbles.

I travel solo typically. I've found that being active in my roll call really helps. My last cruise we organised a pre cruise drinks get together for who ever could make it that turned into dinner. This gave me friendly faces I recognised once we got on board. There were lots chances to share a drink or a table during the trip too, all from that one get together.

You will get out of meet and mingle what you put into it so make a bit if effort to mingle both at the mandm and here on the boards for your cruise
