you can bring any amount onboard but check what you can take off the ship and thru customs

That "any amount" applies initially and at any port.

looks like you can bring 1 carton of 200 cigs back into Canada

Check the price of cartons of cigarettes in the Calypso Cove onboard ..... you may find they are a few dollars cheaper there than in the Caribbean ports. You can order them from the shop and they will be delivered to your cabin the evening before disembarkation.

It's been a few years since we bought cigarettes in St Thomas but if memory serves you can bring back 5 cartons per adult.

Are you looking for American or Canadian cigarettes. If memory serves. I think you can bring one carton per person back into Canada.:) Just make sure you are getting Class A.
