Museums on Christmas Day

Are any museums open? I suspect not, but if anyone knows different I would be grateful.

I would also think not. But a Google search for the websites for those museums would find hours of operations.

A quick search says most are closed. The 9/11 Memorial and Museum are open, as is Madame Tussauds.

The city itself is generally open, although most retail is not. Plenty to do if you look.
