Unfortunately, I believe it was a yearly thing, and they are not currently offering it. I had it for my QM2 cruise in Dec. 2010, but it is not offered for my upcoming QE cruise. EM

Default Got my Military benefit!

I received MB's on the QM2 World Cruise last year and as we are doing 2 TA's an December 2012 and Jan 2013 I gave it another shot. Cunard turned me down for the Dec crossing but gave me $100 OBC for the NY to Southampton crossing in Jan!

Just found this thread and I can catergorically state it is still in force with a number of conditions. I have had a letter confirming my Onboard Credit has been adjusted to add this perk to a cruise that we have booked in January 2014.

We read lots of rumours about how it only applies if we book direct with Cunard but that is tosh. Write to the concessions department at Cunard here in the UK and they will give you all the relevant information.

Good luck and happy sailing,

I have just rung Cunard about OBC for my cruise on QV in November 2015 and they have given me $50 OBC for being ex-military with the British Army.
I just need proof of service when I board which will have to be my Certificate of Discharge.
That will at least pay the first 4.5 days of the daily Gratuity so I am more than happy.
